Jesse Leathers and his son, Fred, founded Blair Memorial Park in 1947. The family owned the Park until the death of Fred Leathers in December of 1990. By the time of his death, the park had grown to sixty-four acres of woods, exuding a serene atmosphere. We are located on old route 220 at the Bellwood Exit off of I99 in Altoona, Pa. We take pride in the fact that here at Blair, we offer all options of burials, and can cater to your own personal needs. We have mausoleum entombment, both traditional and cremation, a lawn crypt, and an upright monument section.
