Fir Lawn Memorial Park
|
1070 West Main Fir Lawn Memorial Park is located in Hillsboro, OR. While the memorial park first began in 1929, visitors will find a couple of headstones that would lead them to believe the memorial park is actually older, but there were several families who moved loved ones from other area cemeteries. The landscape of our cemetery is beautiful. There are several lower gardens and gardens on the top of the hill where the mausoleum building is located. There are tall majestic fir trees, various flowering bushes and plantings throughout the cemetery. Our cemetery is tucked back at the end of Main street below and above the hill. Some people don’t even realize that a cemetery is located past the funeral home building. Because of this and the trees that border the cemetery, it is a serene, reverent, and beautiful cemetery to walk or drive through, whether you are here to visit lost loved ones, or choosing a final resting place. We offer several gardens for regular full burial spaces that accommodate both flat markers and monuments, Double Depth and Single Depth Lawn Crypts, Glass front niches, Granite front niches, Ossuary placement, Memory Wall engraving, two unique natural rock monument cremation gardens, cremation burial spaces and a traditional burial garden for cremation. |
