Established in 1953, Lakeview Memory Gardens is located in Phoenix City, Ala. We are the largest and only cemetery in our area with perpetual care. We are located near the beautiful Chattahoochee River.

We have about 30 acres of developed Gardens and still have about 30 acres of undeveloped grounds. We are in the process of developing a new mausoleum Garden, and plan to be finished with it this year (2009).

There is a quaint pond at the entrance to Lakeview Memory Gardens. Two landscaped mausoleums are visible from the entrance. We have both Monument Gardens and Gardens for flat markers. These gardens are landscaped with Magnolia trees, Crape Myrtle trees, pine trees, roses, and hedges. There are points of interest in each Garden: Lakes, statues of, a Bible with the Lords Prayer, Jesus with open arms, Masonic symbol, and a cross. There are also three large wooden crosses on a hill in one garden. There are paved roads leading to each garden for easy access for funerals and for visitors. We have a masonic area and a veterans’ area, which contains a cannon with an American flag and branch of service flag. Our cemetery is also home to The Tomb of the Unknown Confederate Soldier.

We offer traditional burials, cremation, mausoleums and niches.
