Rockbridge Memorial Gardens nestled in the hills between Buena Vista and Lexington, Virginia home of Virginia Military Institute is an asset to the community. Upon entering the cemetery the serenity of hollowed ground is unmistakable. The beauty of its rolling hills and old trees are breathtaking. Founded in the 1950’s the cemetery has served the community with the families needs always in mind. The cemtery has around 3,000 burials, offering traditional ground, cremation and mausoleum. The mausoleum built around eight years ago looks down from the hill on the rest of the cemtery. Rockbridge takes great “pride” in serving this small country community during their time of need. |
