Located in Memphis Tennessee, Memorial Park was established in 1989. Memorial Park Southwoods was designed with an English Theme. We have a beautiful stone bell tower at our entrance. The park is only 30% developed so there is a lot of landscape with a park type setting. We have a reflection pond complete with a fountain and a bench. There is a gazebo located in front of our veterans section which of course has a military theme and flags. We are the only cemetery in Memphis that has and uses the bell tower that graces our gate. We are on the fringes of the city and have much forestry and wildlife around the grounds. There are many evenings in the fall that deer are spotted grazing around our beautiful reflection pond. We are easily accessible from Tennessee and Mississippi. At this time, our cemetery offers only traditional burial. |
